| dc.description | En el presente trabajo se aborda la problemática de los artistas independientes de la ciudad de Guadalajara, México, el tipo de autodefinición que hacen de ellos mismos y las representaciones sociales que tienen sobre sus prácticas artísticas y sus prácticas de comunicación. Este trabajo se planteó como objetivo aproximarse al esclarecimiento del tipo y la ubicación de los principales espacios de difusión de los artistas independientes de la zona metropolitana de Guadalajara. El supuesto fundamental del que parte en esta investigación es que existen diferentes tipos de centros de difusión de obras artísticas y que a partir de las prácticas artísticas y de comunicación de los artistas independientes es posible identificar formas de representaciones sociales construidas por ellos. La metodología utilizada fue de carácter mixto, se usaron datos cualitativos y cuantitativos. Se trabajó con métodos deductivos e inductivos mediante técnicas de observación y registro de datos, lectura analítica e interpretación de documentos, entrevistas semiestructuradas y análisis de contenido.
The present work is a research project of Science and Culture Communication’s Master from
ITESO. This work approaches to the matter of self-definition, public confrontation and diffusion
of independent artists at Guadalajara city in México, their work and the social construction that
they have made of themselves. This work tries to explain the kind and location of the more
representative independent art centers in Guadalajara Metropolitan Area. The hypothesis from
this investigation begins with the idea that different kinds of artists diffusion centers, artistic and
communication practices of independent artists exists, and that we can identify from the
different kind of spaces and ways of communication the social characters and images from the
cultural construction. To develop a method approach to the reality understanding was mixed,
using qualitative and quantitative data. Deductive and inductive methods were used by
techniques of observation and recording of data, analytical reading and interpreting documents,
semi-structured interviews and content analysis. At the end, this work takes form in the grade
tesis that here is present. | |
