dc.descriptionThis article analyzes the existing social relationships that give rise to the discrimination of women in all areas. The study of women in general and academics in particular, allows us to evidence and, therefore, dismantle as far as possible the power relations that are woven in the interaction of men and women in society. The methodology we have used is based on bibliographic documentary analysis, from a gender perspective. Through a documentary approach we will analyze the existing mechanisms that allow identifying and assessing the discrimination and exclusion of academic women.en-US
dc.descriptionEste artículo analiza las relaciones sociales existentes que dan lugar a la discriminación de las mujeres en en todos los ámbitos. El estudio de las mujeres en general y de las académicas en particular, nos permite evidencias y, por tanto, desmontar en lo posible las relaciones de poder que se tejen en la interacción de varones y mujeres en la sociedad. La metodología que hemos utilizado se basa en el análisis documental bibliográfico, desde la perspectiva de género. A través de una aproximación documental analizaremos los mecanismos existentes que permiten identificar y valorar la discriminación y exclusión de las mujeres académicas.es-ES
