El orden social de género a debate. Posiciones en conflicto en torno a la formación de mecanismos institucionales de género

In this article, an analysis is made of the papers that were presented in the Consultation Forums to discuss the law that gave rise to the Aguascalentense Women's Institute (IAM). Through the review of the arguments for or against the formation of this institution, we will reflect on how the processes of institutionalization of the gender perspective involve not only the debate about normative systems, but also different gender-gender ideologies . Each group enters into this dispute from its own systems of beliefs and visions of the world with which it is self-constructed and, at the same time, defends them. Based on this idea, opinions are issued regarding the place that women should occupy in the world, as well as the rights and obligations that correspond to them.En este artículo se hace un análisis de las ponencias que fueron presentadas en los Foros de Consulta para debatir la ley que dio origen al Instituto Aguascalentense de las Mujeres (IAM). A través de la revisión de los argumentos a favor o en contra de la formación de dicha institución, reflexionaremos sobre cómo los procesos de institucionalización de la perspectiva de género involucran no sólo el debate acerca de sistemas normativos, sino también a distintas ideologías sexo-genéricas. Cada grupo entra en esta disputa desde sus propios sistemas de creencias y visiones del mundo con los que se autoconstruye y, al mismo tiempo, los defiende. Partiendo de dicha idea, se emiten opiniones respecto al lugar que las mujeres deben ocupar en el mundo, así como los derechos y obligaciones que les corresponden.
